LINE OF SIGHT

Grounded spaces for identity, relationship, and meaning

No ideology. No performance. No prescription. Just honest work on what matters to you.

Mission & Ethos

Line of Sight is currently a solo practice. When I say "we," I'm referring to the work that happens between clinician and client.

Our Mission

Line of Sight exists to provide grounded, thoughtful spaces for individuals and groups to examine identity, relationship, and meaning. We are committed to clear language, psychological rigor, and human connection, and we approach our work with respect for lived experience over assumption, with candor, and with an emphasis on understanding before reassurance or change.

Our Ethos

At Line of Sight, we believe that change begins with seeing clearly what is already present. We work within the limits of human perspective, attending to lived experience, relational dynamics, and the meanings people make as they move through the world.

We value clarity over certainty, honesty over performance, and responsibility over prescription. We do not offer answers, ideologies, or optimized selves. We offer careful attention, thoughtful dialogue, and spaces where people can orient themselves more truthfully to their lives and relationships.

Individual Counseling

Private practice open to anyone. I work from an existentialist, person-centered approach grounded in Interpersonal Process (Teyber & Teyber). Translation: we'll look at what's actually happening in your life and relationships, not just what you think should be happening.

Areas of Focus

  • Anxiety and stress management
  • Grief and loss
  • Communication skills
  • Life transitions
  • Relationship challenges
  • Identity and meaning-making

The Work

Therapy here is direct, grounded, and collaborative. We'll work on what matters to you without unnecessary jargon or performative empathy.

I'm particularly effective with anxiety work, grief processing, and teaching practical communication skills that actually translate to real life.

How I Work

I'm a USMC veteran and licensed therapist. My background informs my work but doesn't define it. I approach therapy and group facilitation with psychological rigor, respect for complexity, and a commitment to honesty over comfort.

Theoretical Foundation

Existentialist and person-centered therapy combined with Interpersonal Process (IPP). This means we focus on how you actually relate to others and yourself, examine the choices you're making, and work toward clarity about what you value and why.

What You Can Expect

Straight talk. No BS. A collaborative approach where you're treated as capable of doing hard work, not as someone who needs to be handled carefully. Respect for your experience and perspective, even when we're examining difficult patterns.

This work isn't about making you feel good in the moment—it's about building genuine self-awareness and relational skills that hold up when things get hard.

Men's Vantages

Weekend vantages designed for men seeking clarity, connection, and growth. Not therapy. Not a lecture series. A space to examine what it means to move through the world as a man—without the noise.

What We Explore

  • Masculinity without apology or aggression
  • Communication patterns and relational skills
  • Identity in a changing world
  • Self-awareness and responsibility
  • Connection across generations

The Format

Small groups (8-10 men). Weekend immersion in a natural setting. Structured sessions balanced with open conversation. Co-facilitated by experienced guides.

This isn't about fixing what's broken—it's about refining what's already there and building skills for healthier relationships with yourself and others.

Who This Is For

Men of any age looking for prevention and growth rather than crisis intervention. Whether you're 25 or 65, the common ground is examining what it means to be a man in this moment—and how to do it better.

Vantage programming is currently in development. Contact for updates on launch dates.
